Genting - The Cable Car Experience

We just bought the Honda City a couple of months before she'd like to try it on Genting highway. All these while, I used my Proton Wira as an excuse to not go to Genting. I wasn't sure whether the 7 years old 1.5 litre engine with automatic gearbox could even reach Genting Sempah. Once we have the Honda, Genting highway was the ultimate test drive.

Hazy day

It was in April this year that we went to Genting. We parked our car at the Cable Car station/hub and then we continued our journey with Cable Car. It was our first time! We've never been in Cable Car before. Zero experience.


It was raining that morning and I wondered how the car could climb up the steel cable with more than 30 degrees of inclination. Scary huh? But it worked beutifully... crazy...

Then I heard Langkawi has higher cable car lines than Genting's. Shall we try? Perhaps one day... we will go there.
