'Lastik Getah' was once so popular to school children 20years ago and before that. I am pretty sure that nowadays this folk's game is no longer being played by modern-GenY kids. Of course, this game generally was designed for men.
One afternoon, my husband asked my kid whether he knows any game based on rubber bands. He 'no' as the answer. So, he went to a shop and bought some rubbers. Then he asked us to join him at the playing field nearby. He showed us how the game.
